lyrics
You pulled the wool over my eyes
Now, I hope you're satisfied
Everybody's got their problems
That old demon by their side
You thought you had me blind
Searching for your love
It's not a question of whether it's true
It's just I believed in you
I believed
Stop right now
The blade can't go any further
I heard on down that line, it don't get much colder
I'll remember you now
How I remember you then
Pale and green and scattered in the wind

Allow me to copy Pagan Altar's third album title to describe not only III:Pentecost but the whole discography of Wytch Hazel so far: well, yes, it's Magical and Mythical!!! A must-have for the lovers of 70's hard sound revival. BoneWalker

I'm sad to see this era of Beastmaker close out but this is a phenomenal way to do! Black Butterfly might be the best thing they've ever done. dianonhead

OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed! egg-magoo
